# Indemnification

By agreeing to these Terms and using the Service, you agree, to the fullest extent allowed by law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless **ENO NETWORK** and its past, present, and future employees, officers, directors, contractors, consultants, equity holders, suppliers, vendors, service providers, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “**ENO NETWORK** Parties”), from any and all actual or alleged claims, damages, awards, judgments, liabilities, obligations, taxes, penalties, interest, fees, expenses (including legal fees), and costs of any kind (collectively, “Claims”), including property damage or personal injury, arising from or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service, content, NFTs, or content linked to or associated with NFTs; (b) any feedback or suggestions you provide; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; (d) your violation of third-party rights, including other users or third parties; and (e) your negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to notify **ENO NETWORK** promptly of any such Claims and cooperate with the **ENO NETWORK** Parties in defending against them. **ENO NETWORK** reserves the right to control the defense or settlement of any Claims. This indemnification is in addition to any other indemnities you may have agreed to in a written agreement with **ENO NETWORK.**
