NFTs only exist based on their ownership records within the relevant blockchain (e.g., Ethereum). Transfers and sales occur solely on these blockchains. **ENO NETWORK** cannot control or ensure the transfer of title or rights associated with NFTs or their underlying content.

No **ENO NETWORK** Party will be responsible for any losses or damage due to vulnerabilities, software malfunctions (e.g., wallets, smart contracts), or any blockchain-related failures. ENO NETWORK is not responsible for any losses or injuries due to late or absent reports by developers regarding blockchain issues, including forks or node failures.
